2. KEY CUSTOMER SERVICE QUESTIONS
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
gilaoutdoor.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Novus/Discover. We also accept checks, money orders, and cashiers checks. Orders paid for by check will not ship until the check has been received and cashed.
WHAT ABOUT SALES TAX?
Sales Tax is added only to orders delivered within Arizona. The State of Arizona requires that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the order including the shipping charges. When applicable, sales tax information will be displayed in your shopping cart along with other pricing information that pertains to your order. The current sales tax rate in our area of Arizona is 6.1%.
HOW DO I ORDER FROM CANADA OR INTERNATIONALLY?
Canadian Orders:
Canadian orders are subject to duties, taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receipt of shipment. Contact your customs office for more information on duties, taxes and restricted products. The estimated time of delivery for Canadian orders is 3-10 days. |

International Orders:
Duties, taxes and customs are the responsibility of the consumer and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country, and your local government determines duty and customs charges. All international orders placed on the Internet, by E-Mail, Fax or Telephone must be paid for by credit card. |
HOW FAST WILL I GET MY ORDER?
All orders are processed between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (PST), Monday through Friday. Your order will be shipped within 48 hours, unless otherwise noted. Please see Shipping Information for delivery and shipping policies.
HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS?
Though we do our best to make sure the products we offer are always available, we occasionally run out of particular items. If the item you order is unavailable, we'll notify you within 24 hours and let you know the expected arrival date.

- Confirm that correct item was added to your Cart and click Check Out.
- Create your new Account or Login if you are a returning customer.
- Confirm your shipping information, enter your credit card information and click the Finalize Transaction button. (Your credit card information is encrypted for your security.)

By Fax: Simply print your completed order form from gilaoutdoor.com and fax it to 1-928-348-0710 (within the U.S). Credit cards are the only accepted form of payment for fax orders.

Your order will be delivered to your door according to the cost of your purchase and the type of service you select. You may need a math degree to determine your shipping charges from some e-commerce sites, we made it simple. The only exceptions are large or heavy items. Additional charges apply to rush and international shipments, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. You will be automatically notified of additional shipping charges by e-mail before your order is charged. Once your return e-mail OK is received the order will be charged.
Order processing takes 24 hours, so shipping times should be added to the processing period. Shipments are only delivered on business days. Please provide a valid street address with each order.
Some products ordered from gilaoutdoor.com are shipped directly from the company that manufactures the product, so if you order more than one item, each will arrive in a separate package.
However, your single order will reflect the total cost, including shipping, regardless of the number of items you buy.
